IF YOU ARE A NEW CLIENT WHO HAS NOT WORKED WITH US PREVIOUSLY, PLEASE BOOK THE SITE VISIT ADD-ON OFFERING PRIOR TO ANY PROGRAM DESIGN SUPPORT PACKAGE. *Please note: the time slot you are choosing when you book this service will be for a 30 minute phone consult.* This package includes 20 hours of work to be completed over a timeline of your choosing. Additional hours can be added upon request. Depending on where you land in our equitable pricing model, this is an up to $1000 savings. We will work closely with you to ensure that your Program Design is in total alignment with HCBS. This package includes: · 3+ rounds of revisions with feedback · Compliance with all Federal Requirements · Assurance that Program Design aligns with actual practices in the home · Compliance with T17 Service Level requirements · Incorporates all identified Validation and Remediation concerns This package is a good fit for Program Designs that are more than 15 years old, providers who have little understanding of HCBS or would like more than one Program Design reviewed and updated.
