In this training for DSPs and Direct Supervisors, Jacqueline and Kaitlin illuminate the power that quality documentation has to expand and change peoples’ lives. Many service providers state that capturing HCBS-aligned concepts in daily documentation has been a struggle for them and their staff. This training aims to dismantle the common fears that staff experience when taking notes by providing clear guidance and tools so that they can get creative and feel more confident.
