Service Description

Recent guidance from the Department of Developmental Services and Regional Centers have placed California service providers in two categories: those validating and those remediating. If you’ve submitted a Remediation Plan and are wondering what your next steps are, we can help! Done in a Day is our solution to the overwhelming amount of work service providers are facing to get their documentation into HCBS compliance by the March 2023 deadline. We offer both in-person and virtual sessions to review and redraft as much documentation as possible. The following packages are available: Virtual: Send us any documentation the night before our session that you would like reviewed and revised. We’ll spend the first 30 minutes to an hour discussing your goals and vision and the remaining 4-4.5 hours with your paperwork and will check in periodically with progress and any questions that may arise. In-Person (local): If your program is within 50 miles of Stinson Beach, CA and you would like in-person support, we’ll travel to you! You get our team, uninterrupted for 5 full hours. Please note, we’ll need a private space to work with confidential and sensitive information. This package includes a $150 travel fee. In-Person (beyond): Not quite local, but would like in-person support? If your program is 50+ miles from Stinson Beach, we can still provide this service! You get our team, uninterrupted for 5 full hours. Please note, we’ll need a private space to work with confidential and sensitive information. This package includes a $250 travel fee.
