Service Description

This Add-On service is necessary if you've booked a Program Design Support Package, but haven't worked with us previously. In order for us to create a practical Program Design, tailored to your services, we will need to have a clear understanding of your current program and it's potential future needs. This 2-hour visit will ensure that your in-house practices are fully aligned with your updated Program Design and vice versa. We offer this visit as 3 different options outlined below: Virtual: Prior to our appointment, we will need access to a spectrum of documentation being implemented in the program. We will be referencing these documents throughout our appointment so that we have a clear understanding of current practices. This virtual visit will begin with an intake survey, followed by a site tour. The remainder of the meeting will be for discussion regarding services and the Program Design Support process. Please only select this option if you are able to scan a large amount of documents and know how to navigate zoom. In-Person (local): If your program is within 50 miles of Stinson Beach, CA and you prefer an in-person site visit, we’ll travel to you! Our team will come on site to assess current practices and documentation to ensure alignment with your updated Program Design. This package includes a $150 travel fee. In-Person (beyond): Not quite local, but would like an in-person site visit? If your program is 50+ miles from Stinson Beach, we can still provide this service! Our team will come on site to assess current practices and documentation to ensure alignment with your updated Program Design. This package includes a $250 travel fee.
